Your first session with us is completely free, 30 minutes, with no obligation to continue. After that, fees depend on the type of session you choose. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll share current rates upfront, no surprises.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person?

Yes. Research consistently shows online therapy works as well as in-person sessions for most concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Same therapist, same confidentiality, from wherever you are in India.

What happens in the free first session?

It's a relaxed 30-minute conversation. You share what's on your mind, we explain how we'd approach it, and you decide if it feels like the right fit. No forms, no commitment, no pressure.

Is everything I share confidential?

Completely. Everything you share stays between you and your therapist. The only exceptions are standard duty-of-care situations, which we explain openly at the start.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on you and your goals. Some people feel noticeably clearer within 4 to 6 sessions, while deeper work takes longer. We review progress together regularly, so you're always in control.

Do I need a diagnosis or referral to start?

No. You don't need a referral, a diagnosis, or a "serious enough" problem. If something is weighing on you, that's reason enough to book a session.
